1. AnySprint frame or modified ( 2x4 ) frame is acceptable.
2. The cars body, engine, rear end, and fuel tank assembly must be mounted to the center line of chassis.
3. 80" minimum to 100" maximum wheel base.
4. Seat must be between frame rails.
Bodies:
1. Fiberglass bodies are preferred.
2. Aluminum or steel bodies are allowed.
3. Body should be attached to chassis with quick release fasteners. ( This allows for lifting with a tow truck or for removing driver if needed - Not Mandatory )
2. Shown here are the maximum dimensions for a legal sideboard. ( 1 1/2" tolerance ) 2' 6" X 6' or comparable ( similiar ) type dimensions that will equal the same total square inch or less.
3. Wing side to side center must be centered to center of chassis within 2" tolerance.
4. Type of fuel system must be listed on "Grand stand" side of top wing. Example:
or "4 brl." or "inj." as is appropriate for accurate description of cars fueling system.
Nerf Bars:
1. All nerf bars ( bumpers ) shall be made out of steel, chrome molly or aluminum. No wood or plastic materials allowed.
2. All corners must be round and all welds must be ground smooth.
3. No sharp edges or corners allowed.
4. Side nerf bars should not stick out past outside of rear tires.
Suspension:
1. Torsion 4 bar cars recommended. Will allow two (2) coilover-shock combo.
2. Any safe flat or coil spring is acceptable.
3. Coil over cars, or coil overs on all four corners will be limited to 40" from center of chassis to right wheel bead area. You must run a right rear spec. tire no matter what type of fuel system used.
4. Shocks - any safe type and amount are acceptable.
5. Cars must use Jacobs ladder, no panhard bars.
6. No independent rear suspension. ( Straight axles only )
7. No independent front axles. ( Straight axles only )
8. Frame height limited to three (3) inches or higher.
( Frame height requirements are not mandatory at this time)
Tires:
1. All cars using 4 brl. or Injection must use a spec set of tires provided by the Renegade Club at a special low rate. Estimated cost: Around $400 for a set of 4. These tires have been tested to last 6 - 8 races. ( Hard rubber compound )
2. Mandatory for 4 brl. or Injected: Right rear must wear a McCreary 27.5/14.0-15S. The use of a McCreary 26.0/13.5-15S or a 25.0/13.5-15S for the left rear tire and for the right front tire. Left front tire to be a 25.0/11.0-15S
- 1. All coil over cars (coil overs on all four corners) must use Mc Creary spec. tire on the right rear. 27.5/14.0-15s
- 25.0/11.0-15s ***25.0/13.5-15s*** 26.0/13.5-15s*** 27.5/14.0-15s
- 2.All four required tires will only cost $325 plus tax after instant $75 rebate. (McCoy Enterprises Point up front money) Cars must display a McCreary sticker on grand stand side of car. Total cost of four tires approximately $350 including tax.

- 4.Tire placement is as follows:
Left front must run 25.0/11.0-15s only. (Cost of Tire $75)
Right front (Recommended) 25.0/13.5-15s or the 26.0/13.5-15s May use any four available spec. tires here. (Cost of tires approximately $75 each.)
Left rear (Recommended) 25.0/13.5-15s or the 26.0/13.5-15s May use any four available spec. tires here. (Cost of tires approximately $75 each.)
Right rear must run 27.5/14-15s only. (Cost of tire approximately $100 each.)
3. Two (2) barrel cars can use any tire size or compound. Tire recommendations coming soon.
Engine:
1. 360 c.u. plus 1.5% wear maximum.
2. Any type cam, roller rockers and girdles are acceptable.
3. Gear drive is acceptable.
4. Fuel can be distributed by 2 brl., 4 brl., or injectors.
5. Any manifold or spacers are acceptable.
6. Cast Iron Blocks OK.
7. Aluminum heads OK.
8. Roller cams or flat tapper cams OK
9. Roller rockers and girdles OK.
10. Gear drive & or dry sump oil systems allowed.
11. Any ignition system or Magneto allowed.
Brake Systems:
1. Minimum left front, right front, & in board rear required. ( Right rear optional )
2. Left rear and right rear OK with Left and Right front brakes.
1. Injected cars are allowed 41" Maximum limit to tire edge or rim, whichever is farthest out from center of chassis to outside of right wheel bead area. Front and rear.
a.) Must use spec. tire.
b.) 2 3/16 stack restrictors
c.) 1,700 lbs with driver (Usually first 5 finishers weighed)
1.) Added weight must be centered to frame rails.
2. No electronic fuel injections
3. 4 brl. cars are allowed 42" Maximum tire track from center of chassis to outside of right wheel bead area.
4. 2 brl. cars are allowed no outer limits from center of chassis to outside of right wheel bead area.
Fuel:
1. Alchohol or gasoline.
2. No Nitrous Oxide.
Fuel Cell:
1. All cars must be equipped with a fuel cell that has been approved by the club.
1. No weight controls on 2 brl. or 4 brl. cars.
2. Injected cars must weigh 1,700 lbs. with driver after main event.
a.) Added weight must be center mounted on car between frame rails. (Recommended under cockpit.)

Starting:
1. Starter optional ( working engine starter )
2. Cars with out a starter must arrange for their own push start.
Mufflers:
1. All cars must have mufflers installed that will muffle engine to 95 decibels ( or meet track requirements )
2. Any car that is too loud during time trials will be asked to conform to 95 decibels. ( or track requirements )
Safety
Roll Bars:
1. Must be made of mild steel or Chrome Moly.
2. No waterpipe, plastic and or wood, etc.
3. Minimum 1 3/8 x .095 mild steel.
4. Minimum 1 15/16 x .120 mild steel.
5. Minimum 1 15/16 x .095 Chrome Moly.
6. Corners must be bent. No mitered joints allowed.
7. Top of roll cage should be at least 2" above drivers head. ( Recommended )
8. Roll bars that might come in contact with driver must be padded.
9. No exhaust pipe or tubing.
Steering Wheel:
1. Steering wheel should have a quick release.
2. Fixed wheels OK if it does not restrict the removal of the driver.
Seatbelt:
1. Lap and shoulder belts must be 3" wide.
2. Sub belt and arm restraints are mandatory.
3. All belts must be in "like new" condition. Any frayed or unsatisfactory areas found on belts will be reason for replacement.
4. Knee guards or knee pads are recommended.
Helmet:
1. SA95 helmet is required.
Uniforms:
1. Fire retardant uniforms, gloves, and shoes are mandatory for drivers.
2. Minimum two (2) layers of protection of protective clothing is required.
3. Head sock or helmet skirts are recommended but not required.
4. Neck collars are recommended but not required.
5. Head net is recommended but not required.
Fuel Shut Off:
1. Fuel shut off valve should be located within easy reach of the driver.
2. Fuel shut off valve should be in a visible location and marked with a bright contrasting color for safety personnel.
Fire System:
1. On board fire systems are optional but not mandatory.
Fire Extinguisher:
1. A fire extinguisher in good operating condition is required in each pit area.
2. At racing events the fire extinguisher must be placed within easy reach.
Pit Crew:
1. All club members will follow track rules regarding white pants or uniforms.
2. Crew uniforms recommended ( colored pants OK if part of crew uniform )
3. No fights, no fighting.
Last But Not Least:
1. Absolutely no whining on race nights between the hours of 6:30P.M. & 11:00PM!!!
