Scheduled Meeting Change!
See story below:
What is a Renegade? ren-e-gade: 1. One who rejects a cause, an allegience, or a group for another, an outcast. 2. An Outlaw, a Rebel |
Who are the Renegades? The Renegades are a group of drivers that wanted to race Sprint cars with a little more flexibility than most club rules allow. So Mark Amador sat down and wrote up a set of rules based on the "run what you brung" line of thinking. For instance, Four barrel carbeurators, Two barrel carbeurators, and fuel injection are all allowed! To make it fair, their are certain restrictions on the Fuel injected and 4 brl. cars. You can run a Sprint frame or a Modified frame, and the car must have a top wing, nose wings are optional. In fact alot of things are optional in their car specifications so as to allow a larger number of drivers to be able to bring their cars and run with only a few modifications. The Renegades base themselves in the Central Valley of California. Come see us run in 2001! |
